Off I go

St Anne's Church

The moment you are reading this post, I am already on the bus. Don’t crack your head, this is a scheduled post. At 830pm sharp, our pilgrimage team will say bye bye (a short one) to Skudai. We are heading to Bukit Mertajam, which is somewhere north for our yearly pilgrimage. I am getting way too excited about this trip.

Suituapui, thanks for offering a place to stay, anyway our accomodation has been taken care of. We’re staying at Sunway Hotel in Penang. DiDi, while I am away please don’t stalk me. Thanks for the comments of the photo in my Friendster.

I will be back this Monday. There are too many things to share, from Nuffnang ads to my first experience in giving lecture next week, and of course a tag to answer (from nasty little Isaac). Not forgetting also my first appearance on ReviveMyBlogPost on next Thursday, don’t forget to catch me there, show some support please…

Pray for our safe journey. Thanks.

Jesuit vocation camp, yeah!

Brother Alvin texted me this evening. I grabbed my phone and read the text and it read “Daniel, just to inform you that the Jesuit vocation camp in Singapore has been brought forward to Aug 16, 2pm to Aug 17, 3pm at Church of St Igantius. SMS me for more details if you like. God bless.”

Previously I expressed my interest to attend the vocation camp but the date clashes with my parish youth camp, I had to choose to remain with my youth during this critical period. How wonderful is the Lord to have this vocation camp brought forward.

If you are wondering who or what a Jesuit is, the following sums it all.

Society of Jesuit

Society of Jesus

Who are the Jesuits?

I just can’t wait to see what’s in store for me. Brother Alvin even offered to bring me to the door of the Church of St Ignatius, you know being a Singapore-nerd I’ve no idea how to roam in the Lion city. Whether I am called or not I want to give it a try. Pray that the Lord give me a clearer sign of what my life ahead will be. Keep praying. Never cease praying.
