If you are reading this, it means that the unexpected and sudden decision to switch to another server has completed, hence you are now able to access my site. As of noon, danielliew.com was being transferred to another new server. My host adviced me that this server switch will take at most 24 hours should there be any major glitches. However, the switch was smooth and pleasant, most of all it took only a while to transfer.
All my posts, comments and uploads are all intact. However, the categories are somewhat lost which is very unsual to happen. Give me some time to assigned the categories.
With this switch, I hope that there won’t be any glitches or any untoward disappointment when you visit my site. Thank you so much for your patron. I am beginning to love my host although it had given numerous headaches.

Thank goodness! Couldn;t log in this afternoon…so I thought history’s repeating itself again. Well, good luck with ur new server. Hope it will serve u better than the previous one!

Today need to prepare for lab briefing so did not have the time to do the ritual early visit. Plus was at the library where I can’t access the wireless so did not online in the morning. Afternoon was busy worrying about the server switch so did not bloghop. Hehe.

My previous server was overloaded, that’s the reason why sometimes the database connection was lost and many had complained that they couldn’t load my blog. That’s why I decided to prompt my host to transfer me to another server, which apparently is a new one and I am the only one at the new server. Woohoo!

It’s back. DanielLiew.com is alive and kicking. Somemore I am the only site served by the new server. Good news huh.
